The "thutt" is the area where your thighs meet your butt. :) This thutt exercise is a fantastic way to reach that area and strengthen all of your deep hip muscles, while simultaneously bringing some much-needed mobility to your hip joints!
The exercise includes hip extension in neutral, then hip extension with your hip in internal rotation, and then hip extension with your hip in external rotation.
The movements are subtle; hopefully, it's clear for viewers!
